SAME-DAY CUSTOMER SETUP
- Spend owners can get started by following the link provided in the initial email from Airbase with their login credentials once they enter their company details on the Airbase platform
- Spend owners set up their American Express Business or Corporate Card by logging into the American Express portal accessed through the Airbase dashboard and entering their MYCA (My Card Account) credentials and Card details
- Spend owners can integrate a compatible general ledger2 by entering their general ledger information and following optional configuration steps
- Employees can request their first virtual Card by entering the vendor, cost, and frequency of their desired transaction – if approved, they’re ready to start spending

Additional upgrades, features, and payment methods may require separate activation and fees may apply. Airbase is solely responsible for determining additional fees.
