Partner and Co-Founder of the Financial Officers Practice at True Search

With over two decades of experience, Rhoda Longhenry co-founded True’s Financial Officers Practice. She specializes in supporting high-growth tech companies of all stages across several industries including enterprise, consumer, fintech, and healthtech. Clients include Anthropic, Rippling, Notion, Zapier, Abnormal Security, Watershed, StubHub, Quince, Ruggable, Ripple, Hinge Health, among others.

She joined True from Heidrick & Struggles where she was the partner in charge of the San Francisco office and was a member of the Financial Officers Practice, Global Technology Services Practice and Private Equity and Venture Practice. Prior to her career in executive search, Rhoda was head of investor relations at DoveBid and an equity research analyst at Montgomery Securities and at Merrill Lynch.

Rhoda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a mother of two son, Storm and daughter, Breeze.

Managing Director and Global Co-Head of the Financial Officers Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates

As Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, Jenna co-leads the firm’s Global Financial Officers Practice and conducts senior financial officer assignments for leading global companies across industries. Over the course of her career, she has placed more than 400 CFOs and board members.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Jenna honed her strategic skills as a Bain & Co. consultant, where she advised private equity clients and senior management of Fortune 500 firms in technology, consumer goods, and retail. She also founded a successful education services company.

A Wall Street Journal best-selling author for “To the Top,” Jenna holds a BA in Sociology from Rice University, an MBA from The Wharton School, and has studied at Duke University Law School and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Jeff Epstein is an Operating Partner in the Silicon Valley office, where he leads Bessemer’s CFO Advisory Board and helps portfolio company CEOs and CFOs share best practices. He is the former Executive Vice President and CFO at Oracle, one of the world’s largest and most profitable technology companies, with a market value of over $150B. Prior to joining Oracle, Jeff served as CFO at several public and private companies, including DoubleClick (sold to Google), King World Productions (sold to CBS), and Nielsen’s Media Measurement and Information Group. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker at The First Boston Corporation. He specializes in B2B software, marketplaces, and AI software. Jeff is Co-CEO at Apex Technology, a SPAC which has announced a merger with AvePoint. Each winter, Jeff co-teaches the Lean Launchpad class at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Engineering. He serves on the boards of directors at Kaiser Permanente, Twilio, Poshmark, Shutterstock, and several private companies. Jeff served on the board of directors at Booking Holdings/Priceline for 16 years as its market value grew from $1B to $80B. He holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA from Yale College, where he graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa.
