He was an original founding member of Netflix, where he built core operational systems. Jim also served as CFO for Mozilla (Firefox), scaling the organization globally and establishing a revenue model now exceeding $500M annually. Jim’s insights are featured in books like “That Will Never Work” and “Netflixed,” as well as podcasts and the award-winning documentary “Netflix vs the World.”
