Information You Provide to Us
We collect personal information from users of our Service or visitors to our Website through the use of online forms or when you correspond with us via e-mail or other means of communications.
Use of Your Personal information
We may use the personal information we collect from you to; (i) operate and improve our services, including by remembering information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you sign in to your account, (ii) identify and protect our Website users and customers, (iii) control unauthorized use or abuse of our services and the Website, (iv) analyze use of the Website and monitor aggregate traffic patterns on the Website, (v) respond to your inquiries and requests and (vi) send you advertising and marketing materials about our products, services and promotions.
Disclosure of Your Personal information
We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside Airbase without your consent, except as described below and in this Policy:
- Third Party Service Providers. We may share your personal information with third party service providers to: provide you with the Services that we offer you; to fulfill your order or subscription for any products, services or other goods; to conduct quality assurance testing; to facilitate creation of accounts; to provide technical support; and/or to provide other services to the Company.
- Corporate Restructuring. We reserve the right to transfer any information we collect in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets
- Other Disclosures. We may share or disclose your information if we determine, in our sole discretion, that we are required to do so under applicable law or regulatory requirements, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm or financial loss, or in connection with preventing fraud or illegal activity.
Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers may transmit “do not track” signals to the websites and other online services with which your web browser communicates. There is no standard that governs what, if anything, websites should do when they receive these signals. We currently do not take action in response to these signals. If and when a standard is established, we may revise our policy on responding to these signals.
Changing or Deleting Your Personal Information
You may change any of your personal information you have provided to the Service by editing your settings within the Service or by sending an email to us at the address listed below. You may request deletion of your personal information by us, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request, but please note that we may be required to keep such information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives or backups. We may also retain your information for fraud prevention or similar purposes.
A Note About Children
The Service and Website is intended for use strictly by adults. Airbase does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
